12 oz. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped parsley
half onion, chopped
1 slice bread torn in pieces and soaked in milk
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic
mozarella, cubed
Mix beef, bread, eggs, 1/2 c. parsley, chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Form into meatballs. Place cubes of mozarella in middle of meatballs. Heat 2 Tbsp. of olive oil in pan and sear meatballs until brown on all sides. Place in marinara sauce and cook on low for 20 mins to 1 hour. Enjoy and let me know which you like better. They are both great but I prefer this one.

I have made this one as as well, and LOVE it more as well. I just forgot to add the mozzarella in the middle.
