Oozing Chocolate Chip Cookie Smore Sandwiches

Ok as you can tell this is yet another recipe from Picky Palate and when I made them I forgot to take a picture. Well I had to have a picture because they look so good as well as taste, so I went to her blog to copy a couple of the pictures. She is such a great cook. I love so many of her recipes and once again another delicious one. They are so rich and filling though. Tyler couldn't even finish one. You have to try them out.

2 sticks butter, soft
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. mini M&Ms
2 oz package Kraft chocolate covered mini marshmallows
mini marshmallows
mini hershey bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugar until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In large bowl mix flour, soda, and salt. Add to wet ingredients as well as chocolate mini marshmallows (if you can't find them then just add 1/4 c. of plain mini marshmallows, I found the chocolate ones at Target), chocolate chips and mini M&Ms. Spread onto a large rimmed baking sheet, greased. Bake 20-25 mins or until cooked through. Remove from oven and cut out shapes ( I used a circle cutter). Top some of the cookies with mini marshmallows and place under broiler until puffed and golden. Top with hershey bar and another cookie. Enjoy!
