Here is another amazing Paula Deen Recipe. I am not a huge banana fan but we fell in love with this pudding when we went to her restaurant and I was able to get the recipe. It is the best banana pudding I have ever had and will not go back to my boring old recipe.
2 bags pepperidge farm chessmen cookies (I would even bump it up to 3 bags for some extra cookies)
6 t0 8 bananas, sliced
2 c. milk
1 8oz. package of cream cheese
1 5 oz. box instant french vanilla pudding
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 12 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Line the bottom of a cake pan with 1 bag of cookies and layer bananas on top. In a bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well using a handheld mixer. Using another bowl, combine cream cheese and condensed milk and mix until smooth. Fold whip topping into the cream cheese mixture. Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mix and stir until blended. Pour the mix over the cookies and bananas and cover with the remaining cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Hi Nicole,
We have never met ... but have no fear, I am a good friend of Brenda and Aria Enloe. (They would consider me safe.) I checked your blog out through Brenda's awhile ago and have been checking in to see what yummy things I could (well try) bake! My family enjoyed your macaroni and cheese casserole .... very delish and easy! Brenda has bragged about your cooking for some time and that made me curious to check your blog out! I hope this is ok... ?
I'm excited to try some more here shortly ...lol unless you have gone private because of my comment. :)
