Breakfast Burrito

Well here is another one of my creations, or I should say my Moms. Once again it is nothing precise just add what you want and how much of it you want. I love this though for breakfast lunch or dinner. It tastes great in a tortilla or just by itself. Here is what I used for the above picture.

1/2 lb of sausage
1/2 a bag of obrein hashbrown frozen potatoes
5 eggs
spinach
shredded cheddar cheese
salt, garlic salt and pepper to taste
flour tortillas

Cook up your sausage. Cook up the frozen potatoes in some oil. Add the sausage to potatoes when they are cooked. Add 5 eggs and cook. Add spinach and cheese. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put in tortilla or serve as is on a plate. I like to top mine with sour cream (or greek yogurt to be even healthier) and salsa. You can also substitute the sausage for bacon or no meat at all. You can also add peppers to it. It is really what you like or want. Anything is great. Enjoy.
